21 Days: A Concept
Despite being extremely online my whole life, I have never run a blog before. But what better time to launch one than in a pandemic, right? Life has changed in so many ways – both as a society and in my personal life, as well.
21 Days is a blog and newsletter to work through all these new discoveries and lifestyle changes (read: new diagnoses, newfound sobriety, unexpected financial debt, etc.), while unlearning harmful behaviors and relearning new habits, techniques, and coping mechanisms. Through testing and trying new habits for 21 days (the time it takes for a new habit to stick), I hope to discover the ideal morning and evening routines, as well as the best daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to help me feel grounded, nourished, and happy.
Hopefully, through this project, I will also be able to help others to think through how they spend their time and consider if they could make life a little bit better or easier by adopting small lifestyle changes.
